• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (HKT)
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.

3. Order Support

• Order Tracking: You can track your order status from your account dashboard or contact us with your order number.
• Order Modifications: Changes to orders can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order, subject to processing status.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

• We provide jewellery care instructions with every purchase to help maintain your items.

5. Warranty

All store products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
